WORKSHOPS & TOURS

1. Travel Insurance Requirement
To book any of our tours or workshops, you must have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation (by you), activities involved, and the destination. You are required to have travel insurance that covers losses, expenses, and damages arising from trip cancellations, accidents, injury, medical and repatriation costs (for international trips), loss of personal items, and flight cancellations or delays. UK residents attending a UK-based workshop/tour do not need medical cover due to NHS provisions but should still ensure coverage for trip cancellation.

 

2. Deposit Requirement
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable, as specified in each workshop / tour description.

 

3. Deposit as Commitment
By paying a deposit, you are committing to participate in the chosen workshop or tour.

 

4. Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than three months before the scheduled start date of your tour or workshop. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in your booking being treated as a cancellation.

 

5. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable due to advance payments required for third-party suppliers (hotels, venues, guides, etc.). As we have to pay for deposits upfront to our third parties (hotels, guides, tutors, classroom spaces etc.) the deposits should be regarded as non-refundable. However, In the event of a cancellation from your side, we will do all we can to provide a refund to you based on any refundable costs and backfills of the space. Please note, all cancellations will incur a AED 1,000 ($275) administrative fee (deducted from any refund) for covering the resources involved in the back-filling process. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may impact your plans.

 

6. Workshop / Tour Alterations and Cancellations

Anthony Lamb Photography, trading as Capture Beyond, retains the right to cancel or alter any workshop or tour. Should adjustments or cancellations be required, we will inform you promptly, providing the choice to accept the changes or select an alternative workshop or tour. In cases where the alternative option is of a lower cost, the price difference will be refunded to you. Please be aware that Capture Beyond is not liable for flight expenses, as we are not involved in flight bookings and do not receive payments for such arrangements. 7. Flexibility of Itinerary
The nature of our workshops / tours requires flexibility, and itineraries are subject to change. Itinerary descriptions should be considered indicative rather than binding commitments.

 

8. Minimum Group Size
Tours and workshops require a minimum of five participants to operate. In the event of a cancellation due to insufficient numbers, full payment, including the deposit, will be refunded. We aim to notify you of any cancellation at least six weeks before the workshop / tour date. Our liability is limited to amounts already paid.

 

9. Non-Transferable Bookings
Bookings cannot be transferred between participants or workshops.

 

10. Remote Travel Conditions
Conditions vary by country, and local standards for safety, hygiene, and quality may differ. Delays and discomfort are possible. While we prioritise your safety, booking indicates your acceptance of risk. Capture Beyond (Anthony Lamb Photography) is not liable for delays, expenses, or changes caused by illness, weather, political events, or other uncontrollable factors. Participants must have insurance for lost/damaged belongings, including camera equipment.

 

11. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements
All clients must hold a valid passport, along with any required visas, permits, and certificates (including medical certificates) for the entire journey. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain these.

 

12. Personal Responsibility and Health
Participants are responsible for their fitness and must inform us of any medical conditions at booking. Compliance with the tour guide's decisions is mandatory.

 

13. Injury and Illness Liability
Capture Beyond (Anthony Lamb Photography) is not liable for death, injury, or illness unless due to negligence of our employees during official duties.

 

14. Flight Arrangements
Participants are responsible for arranging their international flights. Capture Beyond (Anthony Lamb Photography) cannot be held accountable for changes or disruptions in flight schedules.

 

15. Age Requirement
Participants must be 18 years or older.

 

16. Force Majeure
Anthony Lamb Photography (operating as Capture Beyond) disclaims liability for cancellations caused by events classified as Force Majeure. These include unpredictable situations beyond our control, such as acts of war, civil disturbances, terrorism, natural catastrophes, fires, floods, or extreme weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation arising from Force Majeure, please refer to Clause 1 for further details.

 

17. Reporting Issues
If you experience issues during the tour, communicate them to the tour leader promptly to allow for resolution. If unresolved, please submit your complaint in writing within 30 days after the holiday’s conclusion.

 

18. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, UAE law applies. If not resolved within six weeks, both parties agree to mediation arranged by the Law of the UAE.

 

19. Privacy Policy
We only collect and retain customer information necessary to process orders, issue refunds, and provide event information. We do not share personal details with third parties. Customers may request the deletion of their contact information by emailing capturebeyond@gmail.com

 

20. Drone Policy
Drones are not allowed on tours and workshops.

 

21. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the booking form or checking the terms and conditions box at checkout, you agree to these terms. The signatory does so on behalf of all participants included in the booking.

VIRTUAL ONLINE LEARNING

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking. To make the most of your time, please have your work and questions prepared before the session begins.

 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please email capturebeyondtours@gmail.com. This allows for an easy, self-managed process. If you wish to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you may either receive a refund (minus transaction fees) or reschedule at no additional charge. After a cancellation, any remaining benefits of your package will still be available. You may also cancel your package at any time without obligation.

 

3. Missed or Late Appointments

If you miss or arrive late for a session, the missed time will be deducted from your package. Exceptions apply for Webinars, as recordings will be provided for missed sessions.

 

4. Session Recordings and Intellectual Property

All sessions are recorded solely for the client’s educational use. We respect client privacy, and recordings are kept confidential unless prior consent is given for sharing.

All recorded content, concepts, and materials are proprietary to Capture Beyond. These recordings are protected as intellectual property and cannot be duplicated, published, broadcast, resold, or used for third-party instruction.

Virtual Online Learning - General Terms

 

1. Refunds

Refunds, when processed, will be returned to you via the original payment method, minus any transaction fees withheld by the Payment Processor (up to 4%).

 

2. Technical Responsibilities

Setting up and installing software for connection is solely your responsibility. Ensure that all necessary software and connectivity settings are in place before the session begins. If the session cannot proceed due to a lack of preparedness on your part, Capture Beyond reserves the right to count the lost time as part of the scheduled session.

 

If technical issues arise on our end, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

 

3. Online Class Terms for Students

When enrolling in a Capture Beyond online class, you agree to adhere to the following terms:

 

• Acceptance of Terms: You agree to the terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy.

 

• Access for Personal Use Only: Online session content is accessible solely for your personal information and use.

 

• Intellectual Property: You will not copy, share, or distribute any materials, techniques, or content within any class or session.

 

• Legal Compliance: Your use of online classes must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are fully responsible for the substance of your communications and content shared during classes or sessions.

 

• Prohibited Content: Do not upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise violates the rules or policies.

 

• Respectful Behavior: Any behavior that victimizes, harasses, or intimidates individuals or groups based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability is prohibited.

 

• Security and Malware Protection: Do not upload or share any software viruses, harmful code, or programs designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

 

 

4. No Automated Methods

To access online class products, you must be human; the use of automated services or technologies such as bots is strictly prohibited.

 

5. System Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your computer systems. Any actions taken by your account are considered your responsibility. Capture Beyond will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure to maintain security.

 

6. Age Requirements

Participation in Capture Beyond's online classes is limited to individuals aged 18 and above. Users under 18 are not permitted to access or participate in any online class features.

 

7. System Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your computer systems. Any actions taken by your account are considered your responsibility. Capture Beyond will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a failure to maintain security.

 

Your compliance with these terms helps maintain a secure and respectful learning environment for all participants.
